Step 1 - Make sure you have a clean install of the game.
Step 2 - Install Patch V1.0.1.0 -
Step 3 - Install PC DLC PACK SPEEDHUNTERS & LEGENDS which is at the bottom of this post.
Step 4 - Copy And Paste activation.x86.dll and activation.x86.key to \Electronic Arts\SHIFT 2 UNLEASHED

When vovan31337 activator stops working you will have to delete this from the registry
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Interface\{5E6F93E4-59E3-56F4-5896-5DE400A8A6C0}if your messing with the registry back it up 1st.
